We are seeking an experienced, committed sales representative with an energetic and dynamic personality with a proven sales record.

Consideration will be given to either a Senior or Junior representative.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients;

  • develop clear and effective written proposals for current and prospective clients;

  • make telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients;

  • achieve monthly sales targets;

  • expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints;

  • keeping abreast of our industry;

  • participate in and assist with trade shows and various committee functions;

  • reporting directly to President & CEO, Brian Sartorelli, on a weekly basis.


  • 5 years preferred in Insurance or Corporate investigations

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • proven track record of exceeding sales targets;

  • College Diploma or equivalent years of experience;

  • strong follow up and customer focused approach;

  • well presented; and

  • own transportation required.

Senior investigator

We currently have both full time and part time positions (including sub-contractors) in various regions of the province for experienced investigators who are highly motivated.


  • Minimum two (2) years of experience conducting mobile and foot surveillance for insurance and corporate investigations is mandatory.


  • Completion of Investigator training/course, diploma/degree in criminology; background in legal, and/or policing an asset.

  • Possession of a valid Ontario private investigator license, mandatory.


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to write detailed, comprehensive reports.

  • An analytical thinker with advanced problem solving skills. Ability to approach a problem from different perspectives and explore all angles, using an investigative mindset.

  • Comfortable with the use of a computer, standard programs, and use of online data resources, etc.

  • Must be discreet and comfortable handling sensitive information.

  • Extremely organized, concise, and strong attention to detail.

  • Must work well independently with minimal supervision.

  • Use of a reliable motor vehicle that is suitable for surveillance.
