We are seeking an experienced, committed sales representative with an energetic and dynamic personality with a proven sales record.
Consideration will be given to either a Senior or Junior representative.
Duties and Responsibilities:
establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients;
develop clear and effective written proposals for current and prospective clients;
make telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients;
achieve monthly sales targets;
expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints;
keeping abreast of our industry;
participate in and assist with trade shows and various committee functions;
reporting directly to President & CEO, Brian Sartorelli, on a weekly basis.
5 years preferred in Insurance or Corporate investigations
excellent written and verbal communication skills;
proven track record of exceeding sales targets;
College Diploma or equivalent years of experience;
strong follow up and customer focused approach;
well presented; and
own transportation required.
All compensation will be discussed in person through the appropriate interview process.

Minimum two (2) years of experience conducting mobile and foot surveillance for insurance and corporate investigations is mandatory.
Completion of Investigator training/course, diploma/degree in criminology; background in legal, and/or policing an asset.
Possession of a valid Ontario private investigator license, mandatory.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to write detailed, comprehensive reports.
An analytical thinker with advanced problem solving skills. Ability to approach a problem from different perspectives and explore all angles, using an investigative mindset.
Comfortable with the use of a computer, standard programs, and use of online data resources, etc.
Must be discreet and comfortable handling sensitive information.
Extremely organized, concise, and strong attention to detail.
Must work well independently with minimal supervision.
Use of a reliable motor vehicle that is suitable for surveillance.

Investigative Risk Management is a fast-growing national private investigations firm seeking a clever Social Media Investigator who will conduct desktop-based social media and background research as part of investigations into potentially fraudulent Worker's Compensation and Liability claims. We are looking for an individual who pride them self on their information-finding abilities on the internet and on social media plaatforms.
*Complete in-depth reports on background and social media findings within three (3) business days of order.
*Work closely with OSINT and Social Media supervisor to resolve problem cases and resolve identities on social media or on databases.
*Communicate effectively orally and in writing when information that refutes a claim is found.
*Maintain timely communication with Manager regarding workflow, possible product innovations, or problem files.
*Work under deadlines and multitask.
*Maintain strict confidentiality regarding subjects under investigation.
*Must be a quicker learner, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
* Social Media Certification or working towards certification
*Advanced computer skills
*Advanced understanding of Social Media Platforms
*The candidate should possess an intuitive ability to search the internet and uncover information where others cannot. They should pride themselves in being able to find the "needle in the haystack."
*An ability and desire to read, analyze, and distill large amounts of information from social networking profiles, online forums and articles, then utilize that information to further the investigation.
*Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
*Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
*Knowledge of Link analysis
